Zemunka za dorucak mu uglavnom dajem sveze voce sa grckim jogurtom ili labneh i kokosovim uljem. Znaci banana, avokado, papaja, kruska, jabuka, sljiva, mango... Za veceru visokoproteinske obroke. Slala sam jovici recepte, evo samo cu prekopirati poruku. After baking these can be frozen and removed as needed from a zip-top bag in your freezer. Add the haddock cubes and cook until the vegetables are done and the fish is cooked through (it should be flaky)." E sad ja verujem da vi ovo sto ja dajem za veceru dajete za rucak. Na sce klinac i sa nama kasnije imati veceru tog tipa, tako da je ovo logicno. Jedino mu sireve ne dajem za veceru jer postoji neko tvrdjenje da mogu da izazovu kosmare. Svejedno sireve jede za rucak.
