Danas mi je katastrofa. Prvo, ujutru nisam gladna, tj jedem na silu oko 10h jer moram na posao. Pojela paradajz i jogurt. Mucnina me bas zeza, i gorushica i osecjaj gladi. Jela sam dosta vocja. Pa popodne integ.kiflu sa jogurtom. Malo pre smoki- slano trenutno prija, a u stwari sve mi smeta..

Ja sam doruckovala malo lovackog hleba sa puterom i dzemom i solju mleka. Rucak corbica i malo parce lazanje (kod sveki pa nisam bas htela da izbegavam, jadna se ubi da mi udovolji) a za veceru dve przenice ali pravim ih u rerni pa su bez ulja. Sad bas idem u dugacku setnju pa se nadam da cu sprziti ovaj haos od svega sto sam pojela. Jela sam i voce, sveki je napravila i vocnu salatu od svega sto je mogla da nadje user posted image

dorucak: crni hleb sa hummusom (garbanza pasulj, spanat, articoke), nes kafa
uzina: 2 jabuke
rucak: kupicu neku salatu na poslu (cvrc salata! upravo jedem 1 parce pice sa piletinom i pesto sosom!)
uzina: zelena salata
vecera: jos ne znam...

Ovako: ujuTRu popila nes (pokajala se, nikako da skapiram da mi ne prija), onda je na red doshla supica iz kesice, na poslu kuvani djevrek i jogurt.. Ma shta god pojeLa muka mi je. Chak osecam da mi pada pritisak, i onda skontam da danima nisam uzela neshto slatko. Pojedem par zalogaja cokolade..i prezivim :) posle toga supicu.. I kasnije cu kokice. One su slane i suve, pa mi uveche prijaju.

Od jabuka dobijam gorusicu.. A bademe nisam probala, dobro si me podsetila na njih. Nije loshe imati ih u shteku u torbi jer dosta vremena provodim u prevozu user posted image

Ja sam skonala da sam skoro uvek povracala nakon sto jedem bademe user posted image Za gorusicu su mi prijale semenke suncokreta, lesnik i zvake, a za mucninu nije bilo leka. Mleko bi me unakazilo, jedino mozda kiselo mleko, ono mi je bilo ok.

Dorucak pahuljice sa mlekom
rucak prebranac i malo vise od pola paprike u pavlaci (nisam mogla da odolim)
uzina lubenica
vecera bez ideje sam, mm pravim palacinke a ja bih da izbegnem to da jedem pa mozda pojedem onaj ovas ili jecam sa jogurtom ili mozda samo salatu i malo hleba

Kad kasno ustanem i kasno doruckujem, sve mi se poremeti. Eto nisam imala pre podnevnu uzinu a ni salatu

Uopšte mi se meso ne jede, samo bih njopala salatice, kiselo mleko ili voće. I mm se žali kako mu je muka od mesa (on koji je baš ljubitelj). Valjda nas ova vrućina smlatila. Za sutra sam planirala piletinu sa povrćem, ako ne odemo na slavu.

Ja sam dorucovala malo parce pur pur hleba sa puterom i dzemom, solja mleka
rucak malo krompirica (przenih-nisam jela ne pamtim) krastavac i kiselo mleko.
Jabuku cu posle, ni voce mi se ne jede. Ako se nije pokvarila, jescu i lubenicu.

Za veceru ne znam, verovatno samo onaj jogurt sa zitaricama

Bea, i ja sam u početku imala mučnine, srećom nisam povraćala. Gadila mi se hrana, najviše meso. Ali sam jela, na silu. Po malo koliko mogu, ali sam se trudila da bude raznovrsno.
Moja drugarica je imala užasne mučnine i povraćanje, smršala je 6kg i tad su joj našli neke ketone (tako nešto) u mokraći i rekli su joj da mora sebe naterati da jede, jer valjda ne bi trebalo da ima to u mokraći a to je baš zbog izgladnjivanja.
Ali sve to prođe, posle kad ti se vrati apetit nećeš znati šta bi pre jela user posted image
